GRATINATED PORK FEET

Ingredients per person:

* 1 boiled pork foot
* 1 / 2 type golden apple
* 1 head of garlic dry
* 1 cup white wine
* 1 plain yogurt
* 1 tablespoon of "Garam Masala"
* Olive oil
* Salt
* Black Pepper

This is one of those dishes that are easy to prepare in 25-30 minutes, with a 10 minute pre-preparation and 15 minutes of cooking time.

Method of preparation:

1) Peel the garlic cloves.
