PORK FILLET WITH HONEY AND BEER
Ingredients for two people:
* 1 Pork fillet
* 60 g of Honey
* 1 beer
* 2 Fuji apples
* 1 tablespoon of ceps powders
20 minutes in total, 10 of preparation and 10 of cooking. This is the time required for cooking a dish that will delight diners.
Method of preparation:
1) Clean the pork fillet of the outside of the skin.
2) To season with salt and pepper, and brown on all sides in a paella.
3) Put over a blotter.
4) At the same paella, melt the honey.
5) Add a glass of beer, and leave it to reduce until sauce take texture.
6) Put a pinch of salt and a tablespoon of flour ceps.
7) Incorporate the meat again, firing a very low heat. You should irrigate it with juice.
8) Cut the apple slices of a centimeter and brown in another pan with a little oil.
9) Put the apple slices on the plate, cutting the pork fillet and medallions to make over the apples.
10)Add the reduced honey and beer sauce.
