PORK FEET WITH CONGER EEL IN AN EARTHEN COOKING PAN

Ingredients per person:

* 80 g boiled chickpeas
* 1 red onion
* 1 boiled foot pork
* 60 g of Majorcan sausage
* 1 congre eel wide cut
* Leaves of fresh tarragon
* 1 cup white wine
* 1 garlic clove

Another fast cooking recipe, ideal for eating tasty food and delicious cooking at home with comfort.

Method of preparation:

1) Heat the pork foot in the microwave to soften and to bone.
2) In a pan, brown the chopped onion and minced garlic cut into strips.
3) Add the chopped pork foot, and tarragon, white wine, and cook during 5 minutes.
4) Add the beans and cook 4 minutes more.
5) Check into the cooking plate the conger eel seasoned with salt and pepper to the plate.
6) Melt some sobrassada in the pan and add the congre eel finally cook a few put it into a microwave with a little water and the ice of fish.
7) Put everything on the plate and sprinkle some leaves for tarragon to embelish it.
